How does this all work?

• Choose the appropriate program on the main page and add it to the cart by simply clicking the ‘ADD TO CART’ button
• Fill in your details and choose the payment method
• Payment methods:
  Bank transfer – after completing the order, you will receive the instructions by email, where you will find my account number and payment ID
  Cash – you hand over the money to me personally and then we start working together
• After successful order placement and payment, you will receive a form from me by e-mail, which you need to fill out in order to assess your current status
• After filling out the form and assessing it, I will contact you and share with you your own personalized diet plan
