What data do we store?

When you place an order on our website, we record the IP address assigned to you by your Internet provider. This information is considered personal data, as it is your online identifier, and therefore we handle this data with increased care.

You enter your personal data voluntarily in various forms: registration forms, contact forms, order forms, etc. We most often store the following personal data: name, address, e-mail address. Your personal data is used for the purpose of providing performance from the consumer contract and other services you have requested.

If you want to know which specific data we store about you, we will be happy to provide it to you upon request. If, despite our efforts to keep the data up-to-date, some records are incorrect, we will be happy to correct them.

We determine your satisfaction with the purchase through e-mail questionnaires as part of the Verified by customers program, in which our e-shop is involved. We send them to you every time you make a purchase from us, if in accordance with § 62 paragraph 3 of Act no. 351/2011 Coll. about electronic communications, you will not refuse the sending of our commercial announcements or revoke consent already granted. For sending questionnaires, evaluating your feedback and analyzing our market position, we use a processor that is the operator of the Heureka.sk portal; for these purposes, you can submit information about the purchased goods and your e-mail address.

The administrator declares that he has taken all technical and organizational measures to secure personal data. The administrator declares that only authorized persons have access to personal data.

We do not sell, trade or in any other way provide your personal data to third parties. Exceptions are verified and reliable partners who assist us in creating websites, collaborate on our projects and serve you.

As a data subject, i.e. j. the person whose personal data is being processed – you have the right to be informed about the operator’s data – i.e. the person who processes your data and the responsible person.

Personal data is processed for the purpose of providing performance from the consumer contract and for marketing purposes, as mentioned above. The operator of the information system declares that there is no transfer of personal data to third countries. Personal data is stored for the stated purposes for a period of 10 years, unless special legal regulations stipulate otherwise or until you withdraw your consent. In the time period from the provision of consent until its withdrawal, the processing of your personal data is legal, even if you revoked your consent after providing it.

As a data subject, you have the right to correct the provided data in the event of any inaccuracies. After achieving the purpose of providing personal data – i.e. after providing performance from the consumer contract, you have the “right to be forgotten” = the right to delete the provided data. The right to delete provided personal data also applies if you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data.

As a data subject, you also have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, if you challenge the correctness of the personal data, during the period of checking the correctness of the data; if the processing of personal data is illegal and instead of erasing the data, you will request a limitation of their processing and also if the operator does not need your personal data (the purpose – provision of performance from the consumer contract – has been fulfilled), but you need it for proof, or defending your legal claims.

The operator undertakes to notify you of any change, repair or deletion of your personal data. At the same time, you have the right to request the transfer of personal data to another operator, whose data you notify us in writing.

The supervisory authority over the processing of personal data is the Personal Data Protection Office of the Slovak Republic.
